The Women’s Club of Birdsboro is once again offering calendars of Birdsboro.
‘This is the fifth year we’ve done it,’ Jody Ewing, of the Women’s Club, said. Each year, the club receives photo submissions of historic and past photos taken in the Borough of Birdsboro for the calendar.
Each calendar is sold for $10.00 and goes directly to benefit the Women’s Club.
The calendars are currently available at the Boone Area Library, Talk of the Town Beauty Salon, Birdsboro Beverage, Birdsboro Borough Hall and from any Women’s Club member.
‘Everybody really enjoys looking at the old photos,’ Ewing said. ‘They like seeing thing they can recognize and the landscape of the town.’
2013 calendars are available for nostalgia purposes at half price from the club while supplies last.
