What’s Cooking with Linda: A favorite to serve, again and again

Darlene Qualio, Fleetwood, serves this at a recipe group gathering. Since then, several group members have made it again and again for their own families. It’s a FAVORITE!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza1 – 13.8 Oz. Pizza Crust – can be refrigerated or ready made store bought

1/4 cup Mayo with olive Oil, reduced fat

1/2 cup Ranch Dressing, divided1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

1 cup White Mild Cheddar Cheese

2 Cups Finely Chopped Cooked Chicken

4 Slices Extra Thick Bacon, cooked and crumbled (or 8 regular slices)

Directions: 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees

2. Place pizza shell on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray, bake approx. 6-10 minutes.

3. Mix mayo, 1/3 cup ranch dressing, spread onto crust. Top with half the cheese and chicken. Then remaining cheese and bacon.

4. Bake about 5-10 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted.

5. Drizzle remaining Ranch dressing across pizza.
