Dawn’s Deli in Lenhartsville was the victim of a burglary sometime between 6 p.m. Aug. 15 and 6:30 a.m. Aug. 16.
State Police Hamburg report that an unknown person or people made forceful entry into Dawn’s Deli at 71 Penn Street in Lenhartsville, by smashing a rear window.
Once inside, about $450 was stolen, including almost $200 in money that was collected to go to the Wounded Warrior Project.
A Nextbook tablet was also taken.
The burglar then fled the scene in an unknown direction.
