The Hamburg Police report that on Oct. 4 at about 3:50 p.m. a report was made for Disorderly Conduct. It was discovered that obscene words and language was written in the new handicap ramp cement located at S. 3rd and Pine streets. Police arrived and fixed the vandalized cement. This incident is currently under investigation.
