Children of the Southern Berks area had a special treat at the latest Sleepytime event held at the Exeter Community Library, 4569 Prestwick Dr., Reading, as children had a special appearance from “Pat the Bunny.” Jennifer Schrott, the children’s librarian assistant, read “Max Cleans Up” and “Pat the Bunny” and lead the children in singing songs. The children get to interact with the stories and sing-a-longs. Sleepytime is put on every Wednesday at the library, where children are invited to hear stories, sing and dance. “Pat the Bunny” will also be visiting the library’s Saturday Storytime 10:30 a.m. March 23.
