I can tell it’s May by how many things are backing up on my “to do” lists. For those of you that went to Pottstgrove in the late 70’s Steve Carlisle is playing gigs around town and I’m hoping that I can get some of those dates early enough to share them with you all. All the various incarnations of Steve Walker are jamming this time, Jim Meck, Crosstown Transit, 3 – D and our favorite young artist, Stephanie Grace WTIM friends all, are keeping the local music scene hopping. Former local star Christine Havrilla is making one of her few local appearances this year at a Listen Live Music event in Macungie This WILL be AWESOME show in an AWESOME venue these folks need everyone’s support. DO IT. Speaking of support get out and hear some good tunes while helping out Daniel Boone Youth Sports on May 18th when our friends Crosstown Transit hit Gear Jammers like a freight train in a special 4pm show. Get out there and experience the awesome amount of talent we are privileged to have in our area!

Do you want to see your band or venue listed here at WTIM send and email to tdietterick@journalregister.com with the particulars (at least 2 weeks in advance ) and we’ll get it out there.
