On Thursday, Aug. 15at 2:49 p.m., Caernarvon Township Police responded to 4400 block of N. Twin Valley Road for a report of residential burglary. Police determined that someone entered the residence around 1:39 p.m. by a side door, then entered the master bedroom and removed jewelry and cash. Police have obtained the following description of the suspect: a white female, possibly in her 40s, 5í8Ē weighing approximately 160 lbs with shoulder-length, dirty blonde hair, wearing a pink tank top and jean shorts. The suspect was driving a dark blue or black four door hatchback, similar to a Toyota Scion, possibly with Pennsylvania plates. She had made comments that she was from the Paoli area and was lost and looking for an elderly female who broke her hip. The above composite sketch was completed by a witness that had spoken with the suspect.
On the same date, between the hours of 10:50 a.m. and 12, in the Mountaineer Village section on Settlers Trail, a burglary had been discovered, At this residence a door was forced open, the master bedroom was entered and jewelry was removed also.
On Aug. 9, between the hours of 7:50 a.m. and 11:50, a residence was entered by force in the 4400 block of Main Street just before the the Elverson Borough line. Items were removed from various locations, including jewelry and cash.Another burglary had been discovered on Aug. 3 in the 400 block of Swamp Road. The suspect had forced their way into the residence and removed jewelry.
