Aug. 24: Police investigated the report of Vandalism to a flower bed after the flowers were reported to have been ripped from the flower bed at Lamar D. Bailey Barber Shop, 350 W. Main St.

Police arrested Brandy Driscoll, 21 of Wernersville, for Public Drunkenness following an incident that occurred in the 00 block of Herring Alley.

Police arrested Brett Reppert, 23 of Tamaqua, and Jacob Ballan, 21 of Allentown, for Violation of the Borough Open Container Ordinance following an incident that occurred at the intersection of Sander Alley and S. Whiteoak St.

Aug. 25: Police arrested Nicholas Check, 20 of Warminster, for Violation of the Borough Noise Ordinance following an incident that occurred at 28 Noble St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.

Police arrested Derek Fulforth, 21 of Horsham, for Public Drunkenness following an incident that occurred at the intersection of Sander Alley and Noble St.

Police arrested David Escobar, 22 of Easton, for Public Drunkenness following an incident that occurred at the Kutztown Fire Company, 310 Noble St.

Police arrested Anthony Rispoli, 20 of Morris Plains, N.J., for Public Drunkenness following an incident that occurred in the 00 block of Noble St.

Police arrested Michael Kelleher, 20 of Sugarloaf, PA for Violation of the Borough Open Container Ordinance following an incident that occurred in the 500 block of Briar Circle North.

Police arrested Cordell Rostick, 21 of Reading, for Violation of the Borough Open Container Ordinance following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of Sander Alley.

Police arrested Mackenna Lynch, 19 of Perkasie, for Violation of the Borough Open Container Ordinance following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of W. Main St.

Police arrested Michael McKarski, 22 of Bethlehem, for Violation of the Borough Open Container Ordinance following an incident that occurred at the intersection of Greenwich and W. Main Streets.

Police arrested Paul Nielsen, 23 of Easton, for Violation of the Borough Open Container Ordinance following an incident that occurred at the intersection of Greenwich and W. Main Streets.

Aug. 26: Police investigated the report of Vandalism to a vehicle after the windshield was reported to have been broken while the vehicle was parked in the parking lot at the Village Square Shopping Square, 45 S. Constitution Blvd.

Police investigated the report of Theft after an item was reported missing from the Kutztown University Shuttle Bus after a stop in the 500 block of Briar Circle North.

Aug. 27: After completing their investigation, Police arrested Stephen Bailey, 21 of Wyomissing, for Robbery and similar offenses following an incident that occurred on May 9, 2013 at a residence in the 500 block of Briar Circle North.

Aug. 28: Police investigated the report of Vandalism to a vehicle after it was reported that the passenger side mirror was broken off of a vehicle while it was parked at a residence in the 400 block of W. Walnut St.

Police arrested Joseph Esposito, 19 of Sewell, N.J., for Violation of the Borough Noise Ordinance following an incident that occurred at 309 Greenwich St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.

Aug. 29: Police investigated the report of Vandalism to a vehicle after it was reported the vehicle was dented near the front windshield while it was parked at a residence in the 300 block of W. Walnut St.
