The Foundation for RACC will award scholarships, funded by Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) donations, to one student who wishes to enroll in a dual enrollment course taught at the following high schools: Exeter, Twin Valley, Schuylkill Valley, Fleetwood, Hamburg, Muhlenberg, Tulpehocken, Oley Valley and Governor Mifflin.

Many Kutztown groups and organizations entered floats or performed in the parade, becoming a part of Kutztown's history.

Groups included the Kutztown Historical Society, Kutztown Community Library, FOE, Garden Club, Old Plow Boys, fire companies, local officials, Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce, Kutztown Strong, dance and musical groups, bands and so much more.

In attendance were family members, the Hawk Mountain Boy Scout Council, and former scoutmasters of Troop 595: Marty Datocha, Jeff Kauffman, Mike Keating, Bob Mealand and Bob Myers.
