Boys’ Basketball
The Kutztown Area High School boys’ basketball team dropped a pair of games last week. The Cougars are 1-4 in the league and 4-9 overall.

The Cougars began the week at home to take on non-league opponent Harrisburg Christian. Thanks to a great start, Harrisburg Christian was able to down the Cougars, 60-50.

Harrisburg jumped out to a 23-11 lead after one quarter. Kutztown came back to cut the lead in half by haltime, 31-25, and cut it to five after three quarters. But Harrisburg outscored the Cougars in the final period, 17-12 to win the game.
