EAST BRANDYWINE Police have identified the 17-year-old passenger who was killed Friday night in a single vehicle crash on East Reeceville Road.
Myles Mack, of Honey Brook, died as a result of injuries sustained when a 2000 Hyundai Tiburon driven by Nathaniel Woolfrey, 20, was nearly split in half when it collided with a utility pole. Police sources at the scene said speed was likely a factor in the crash.
The crash occurred around 11 p.m. Friday on Reeceville Road near Zynn Road.
Woolfrey, of West Chester, was thrown from the vehicle and sustained multiple injuries. He is currently receiving treatment at Paoli Hospital and is listed in serious condition, police said.
