Lucy P. Williams, 93, of Rockland Township, died Jan. 23, 2013 in The Lutheran Home at Topton, where she was a resident for five months. She was the widow of Scott I. Williams, who died May 31, 2003.

Born in Rockland Township, she was a daughter of the late William and Hettie (Moyer) Shade.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Oley.
