Boys’ Basketball
The Kutztown High School boys’ basketball team dropped three of four games last week and are 1-8 in the Berks League and 5-13 overall.
On Jan. 29, the Cougars traveled to New Schaeffertown to take on Tulpehocken. In a defensive battle, Tulpehocken came out on top, 38-28.
Jovan Kemp paced the Kutztown offense with 12 points in the contest. Andrew Gernert scored five while Austin Isamoyer and Tucker Landis each scored four.
