State Police
Feb. 25 at 12:33 a.m., state police responded to 7 N. Kemp Street in Lyons after receiving a report that fireworks were being set off. During the course of the investigation, suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia were found in plain view of the officers and were seized as a result. No charges have been filed.
Kutztown Borough Police Department
Feb. 8: Police investigated the report of Vandalism to a pole after it was reported damaged at Lamar D. Bailey Barber Shop, 350 W. Main St.
Police investigated the report of a Threat following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 400 block of Fairview Drive.
Police investigated the report of Vandalism to a fence after it was reported damaged at a residence in the 00 block of S. Baldy Street.
Police arrested Skyler Vandyke, 18, of Easton, for Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages following an incident that occurred in the 100 block of W. Main St.
Police arrested Deana Barrier, 21, of Wall, N.J., for Violation of the Borough Noise Ordinance following an incident that occurred at 418 W. Main St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.
Police arrested Brian Stambaugh, 24, of Carlisle, for Violation of the Borough Noise Ordinance following an incident that occurred at 149 E. Main St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.
Feb. 9: Police investigated the report of Criminal Trespass following an incident that occurred in the 500 block of Briar Circle North.
Police investigated the report of Harassment following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 400 block of W. Main St.
Feb. 10: Police investigated the report of Theft after an item was reported missing from the K-Town Pub, 257 W. Main St.
Police are investigating the report of Graffiti Vandalism to an overhead garage door located at a residence in the 400 block of W. Main St.
Police arrested Samantha Rooney, 23, of Lansdale, and Ashley Braccia, 21, of Lansdale, for Disorderly Conduct following an incident that occurred in the 00 block of Herring Alley.
Police arrested Dominic Brass, 18, of Center Valley, for Public Drunkenness following an incident that occurred in the 00 block of Noble St.
Feb. 11: Police arrested Emily Hyland, 20, of Mertztown, for Theft by Deception/False Impression, Other Drug, Adulterated or Misbranded and Forgery/Alter Writing following an incident that occurred at CVS Drug Store, 45 S. Constitution Blvd.
After completing their investigation, police arrested Zachary Burns, 23, of Milford, for Public Drunkenness following an incident that occurred in the 100 block of N. Whiteoak St.
Feb. 12: Police investigated the report of an Assault following an incident that occurred on W. Main St.
Feb. 14: Police are investigating the report of an Assault following an incident that occurred in the 00 block of S. Constitution Blvd.
Police arrested Erika Solorzano, 21, of Oldbridge, N.J., for Violation of the Borough Noise Ordinance following an incident that occurred at 422 W. Main St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.

Feb. 12:
11:35 a.m., Route 737 at 222 Ramp, Maxatawny Township:
Company 46 Fire Police were dispatched to assist with Traffic at a non-injury accident. Fire police assisted with traffic until PSP arrived on location and removed the vehicles from traffic. The assignment was cleared at 11:54 a.m.
12:06 p.m., I-78 mile marker 43.6 west bound Greenwich Township:
Companies 46 and 590 were dispatched for a reported accident with entrapment, involving a tire that came across the median into another vehicle. Chief 46 arrived on location to find the driver trapped in the vehicle due to a tire from an eastbound vehicle that landed on the windshield. Crews used the Hurst tools to remove the roof to gain access to the victim. The scene was cleaned up and the assignment was cleared at 12:58 p.m. Rescue & Engine 46 along with 14 personnel responded.
2:35 p.m., I-78 mile marker 42.7 east bound, Greenwich Township:
Company 46 was dispatched for an unknown injury accident with a vehicle rollover. Rescue & Engine 46 responded with 11 personnel to find a vehicle pulling a trailer that had flipped onto the passenger side. Crews cleaned up the fluid spill and assisted with traffic until the scene was cleared. The scene was cleared at 3:53 p.m.
Feb. 13:
2:54 a.m., 164 West Main Street, Kutztown Borough:
Company 46 was dispatched for an AFA. Chief 46 & Engine 46 responded with five personnel. After investigating, no cause was found for the alarm. The assignment cleared at 3:12 a.m.
1:52 p.m., 1457 Krumsville Road, Greenwich Township:
Company 46 was dispatched for a possible vehicle fire in the area of Greenwich Elementary School. Deputy 46 arrived on location to find a tractor-trailer that had a blown engine. Crews cleaned up the spill and assisted with traffic. The scene was cleared at 3:28 p.m.
Feb. 14:
8:01 p.m., 765 Highland Avenue, Kutztown Borough:
Company 46 was dispatched to assist Company 590 with a cardiac arrest. Rescue 46 responded with medical personnel to assist EMS. Crews cleared the assignment at 8:23 p.m.
10 p.m., I-78 mile marker 41.9 west bound Greenwich Township:
Company 46 was dispatched to assist PSP with traffic control at the scene of an accident. Rescue 46 along with three personnel reported to the Interstate.
Feb. 15:
12:20 p.m., I-78 mile marker 42.1 westbound, Greenwich Township:
Company 46 was dispatched for a reported vehicle fire. Chief 46 arrived on location and reported a fully involved vehicle. Engine 46 & Tanker 46 responded with 12 personnel. Engine 46 went to Exit 45, headed west while Tanker 46 reported to Exit 40, and headed Eastbound after traffic was stopped. Crews made a quick knockdown of the fire. The assignment was cleared at 1:23 p.m.
