Matthew J. Hertzog has earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Higher Education Administration with a minor in Educational Law from Illinois State University. At Illinois State, Hertzog was able to maintain a 3.85 GPA. He is currently employed at Methodist College in Peoria, Ill. as the Director of Instructional Technology.
Hertzog Graduated from Hamburg Area High School in 1987. He is the son of Karen Seidel Bartley and Dr. C.J. Hertzog and the stepson of Dr. Pamela Moon Hertzog. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. William W. Seidel of Hamburg, Pa. He is married to Trista Fawley Hertzog of Roanoke, Ill. and is the proud father of Miranda Elizibeth Hertzog and Alexandria Britton Hertzog. He is also the step-father of Sarah Nicole Fandel. He and his family are currently living in Washington, Ill.
Commencement will be held May 11, 2013 in Bloomington-Normal, Ill.
