The Victory Bank has named Shelly Stockmal, Leader of Human Resources Development; Jennifer Gilbert, Assistant Branch Manager; Kelly Taylor, Executive Assistant; and Jodi Moore, Loan Administrative Assistant.
Stockmal has been named Leader of Human Resources Development and formerly served as Executive Assistant to the CEO and President. In addition, she formally served as Administrative Assistant at National Penn Bank’s Pottstown Business Center. A resident of Stowe, she is a graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School. Stockmal is a Girl Scout Leader at St. Aloysius in Pottstown and member of St. Gabriel’s Roman Catholic Church.
Gilbert has been named Assistant Branch Manager of the Limerick office and formerly served as Banking Center Representative. In addition she served as Relationship Banker at M&T Bank, Pottstown and Loan Processor at Diamond Credit Union, Pottstown. A resident of Temple, she is a graduate of Boyertown High School. Gilbert is involved with pit bull rescue and the Philadelphia SPCA.
Taylor has been named Executive Assistant to the CEO and President and has over twenty years of management experience within the financial and automotive industries. In addition, Taylor currently serves as a tax collector for the Borough of Collegeville. A resident of Collegeville, she is a graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School. Taylor is a Girl Scout Leader and former Home and School President of South Elementary.
Moore has been named Loan Administrative Assistant at the Wyomissing Loan Office. In addition, she has served as a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America, Wyomissing and as an Administrative Assistant at National Penn Bank’s Pottstown Business Center. A resident of Birdsboro, she is a graduate of Alvernia College, Reading, Pennsylvania where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. She is a member of St. Paul’s UCC Church, Amityville.
