The Wizard of Oz was performed by the students of Willow Creek Elementary School on March 19 at 6:30 p.m.

The 47 performers in grades K-4 rehearsed twice a week since January. Co-directors Sandy Hawkins and Heidi Carletti, with the help of teachers Candi Barwinski, Sara Bush, Lauren Stahl, Jaime Wagner, Theresa Kelly and Sherry Kendra, have volunteered their time to bring the magic of theatre, music, and performing alive for the students.

Over the past three years, the show has been very successful in helping to bring the students together in their new school.

The Wizard of Oz was held in the LGI room at Willow Creek Elementary. Admission was free. Donations were accepted after the show to fund future performances at Willow Creek.
