KutztownresidentJohn Zima was named Vice President of Consulting Services of RamboPlus Associates, LLC.
Zima adds more than 25 years of business, organization and people development skills to the capabilities of the firm. A three-time winner of the prestigious Dun & Bradstreet Presidential Award for Excellence during his tenure with that company, he will apply his skills in support of business owners and professionals looking to identify their next levels of success and the methods to reach them.

Outside of his RamboPlus responsibilities, Zima is the Director of Player Personnel and Assistant Coach with the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks Indoor Professional Football team. His time is focused on locating and recruiting talent, helping them develop into professionals and have them move up to the next level of competition.
