ELVERSON, PA – Twin Valley Music Boosters are planning an event, Saturday, April 20, 2013, rain or shine, ‘The Moosic Festival ’13’ on the grounds between Twin Valley High School and Twin Valley Middle School in Elverson, PA.
The day will begin with a 5K Run and Kids Run, ‘Keeping The Beat’; registration begins at 8AM, race time is 9AM. The online preregistration is at www.pretzelcitysports.com. Following the Twin Valley Music 5K Kids Run will be a series of activities from 10:30 AM to 1 PM, including a Cow Chip Bingo game, with two top prizes. The proceeds benefit the district Music students and programs. There will be a Car Show at the upper middle school parking lot, Crafts and Flea Market, Games, Musical performances and ensembles by students from around the Twin Valley School District, as well as food and drinks. DJ service will be provided, for free, for TV Music Boosters by ‘Jake’s Local DJ service’ and will include a dance contest.
There will be a $10 fee for car show entries. Prizes will be given. A spot at the Flea Market will be $10. Tables will not be provided. Participants may pull their car up to their flea market spot for easy set up and removal. Reserve a spot for the flea market or car show or pay when you arrive on April 20th.
