Bradywine Heights alumna and Mertztown native Dr. Mary Greiss-Coult will be honored at the Women of Influence for Lehigh Valley Business.

‘Mary was hand selected by a panel of judges to be recognized as a Woman of Influence,’ wrote Kayla R. Reppert, Events Coordinator, Lehigh Valley Business. ‘The program honors a total of 28 women, and over 80 nominations were submitted.’

Originally from Berks County, Dr. Greiss-Coult, of Coopersburg, is the owner and president at Seasons of Life Obstetrics & Gynecology, PC in Allentown.

Dr. Greiss-Coult will be recognized at an awards luncheon and ceremony on May 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at ArtsQuest, SteelStacks.

‘She was critiqued based on professional accomplishments, leadership, visions she has/would like to see and community service,’ wrote Reppert to The Patriot. ‘She was nominated by her husband, David Coult, owner and president of Milestone Financial Associates, LLC, who was recently selected as one of Lehigh Valley Business’ ‘Forty under 40′ honorees.’

Besides being named a Women of Influence, Dr. Greiss-Coult also won the St. Luke’s Hospital Physician Honoree Award and St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network Faculty Teaching Award. Daughter of Earl and Lorraine Greiss of Mertztown, she is a graduate from Brandywine Heights High School and received a bachelor of science in chemistry at Ursinus College. She then went on to medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

‘When Mary isn’t tending to the needs of her patients, staff or family, she enjoys participating in causes near and dear to her heart, like the annual March of Dimes March for Babies walk to raise money for programs and research to help moms in our community have healthy, full-term pregnancies,’ wrote Reppert.

Dr. Greiss-Coult, her husband and their three boys, are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Allentown. She and Dave are also members of Brookside Country Club and avid supporters of the Wildlands Conservancy in Emmaus, a non-profit, member-supported organization dedicated to land preservation, river restoration, trail development and environmental stewardship through education for the past 35 years.
