May 3 Twin Valley Middle School Raider’s Scoop Night – Come join us from 5:00pm-9pm for a Parent Involvement Committee Sponsored Ice Cream Fundraiser at the Mill Store, 219 Mill Rd, Morgantown. Teachers will be scooping, Ice Cream Eating Contest at 7pm, teachers vs. teachers. 20% of sales for that time period will go towards the TVMS PIC.

May 4 A presentation of ‘I am John’s Mother…Susanna Wesley’ – at Goodwill United Methodist Church, 148 Church Rd., Elverson, on Saturday May 4 at 7 pm at the church. Knobhill Farm Community will host a community wide yard sale Saturday May 4 from 9 am – 12 noon. This is a multi-family sale featuring furniture, clothing, household items, tools, lots and lots of great items.

Honey Brook High School will be holding their 3rd Annual Reunion on May 4, at Yoder’s Banque Facility in New Holland. This reunion is for anyone who attended Honey Brook High School. May 6 Caernarvon Township’s Parks and Recreation Committee (Berks County) Registration Kick-off for 2013 Summer Camp. Monday, May 6, 2013 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at the Township’s Social Hall. Proof of residency in Caernarvon Township, Berks County (tax bill) and age (copy of birth certificate) will be required at the time of registration.

The History of Moonshining in Pennsylvania – 7 p.m. at the West Caln Municipal Bldg., 7231 W. Kings Highway, Wagontown, PA 19376. Speaker Larry Hess has had many displays of his creations, and Moonshine should be a very interesting subject. Probation did get rid of the rings in the bath tubs, didn’t it.
