Kites of all colors, shapes and sizes filled the sky on April 28, as residents poured from their homes to get out in the sun and fly a kite in the wind. Kids were able to make and decorate their own kit. Demonstrations were held by the Sky Pilots Kite Club. Kite contests for Most Colorful, Funniest, Most Imaginative, Highest Flying and Best Overall were also held. The day offered something for everyone.
