RUSCOMBMANOR – A Fleetwood teen was killed when he fell off the bumper of a moving Jeep in Ruscombmanor Tuesday night and hit his head, according to state police at the Reading barracks.

The unidentified 16-year-old male was riding on the bumper of the vehicle driven by a 17-year-old male in the first block of Augusta Lane around 8:07 p.m. when he fell and hit his head, police said. The Jeep was carrying three juveniles at the time of the accident, police said.

EMS were called to the scene and transported the Fleetwood teen to Reading Hospital and Medical Center where he died, police said.

Police are investigating the incident. No charges have been filed.
