JAMES G. FRASSO
James G. Frasso, 87, of Exeter Township, passed away Wednesday, June 19th, 2013 in his residence at Berkshire Commons. He was the husband of Helen G. (Loose) Frasso.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Edward Greenleaf Frasso and Ruth (Brunner) Frasso. James was an Army Veteran of the United States. He was also a member of the Rajah Shriners and the Masonic Lodge.
James was a salesman for Mrs. Smith’s Pies for many years until retiring.
In addition to his wife, James is survived by: One Son: Gerald Frasso husband of Jennifer of Wernersville; One Daughter: Linda Frasso of South Carolina; Two Grandchildren: Jason and Jessica of South Carolina and Four Great-Grandchildren.
He was pre-deceased by a brother: Edward G. Frasso, Jr.
Services from the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Mount Penn on 11 a.m. June 24. Interment in Good Shepherd Cemetery--Tuckerton.

Mr. Donald Hahn, 91, of Cumru Twp., passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at the Reading Hospital.
He was the widower of Arlene M. (Tobias) Hahn who died on May 29, 2009.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late George W. and Lillie F. (Snader) Hahn.
Mr. Hahn worked in the Engineer Department of the former American Chain and Cable Company, Inc. in Reading during the 1950 & 1960. Later he went to work for the former Manu Mine in Angelica before returning to A.C.C. Donald was a Craftsman, Machinist and Hobbyist, he could build anything. He bought a farm house in Cumru Twp., and added new additions. He built two steam driven Engines. Donald enjoyed making his own wine and baking his own bread, and as a beekeeper, collecting his own honey for more baking. He was Past President of the Hilltoppers Senior Club. Donald had a love for animals, especially for his dog Charlie. Above all else, Donald and his wife had a deep love for their children. He was a great dad!
Surviving is daughter, Darlene M. (Hahn), wife of Raz Sugarwala of Lancaster, PA; son, Donald G., husband of Karen Hahn of Leesport, PA; daughter Barbara L. (Hahn), wife of Barry L. Swartz of Mohnton.
Grandchildren: Jeremy J. Hahn of Mohnton; Laura J. Sugarwala of Rochester, NY; Benjamin J. Sugarwala of Charlotte, NC; and Melinda S. Swartz of Mohnton.
He was predeceased by a son, James W. Hahn on June 2, 2008, and a brother, William Hahn.
Relatives and Friends were invited to attend his Funeral Service on Friday, June 21, 2013 at 8 p.m. at Giles & Yeckley Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc., 21 Chestnut Street, Mohnton.
A viewing was held on Friday, June 21 from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Interment was private.

LEON MICHALOWSKI, SR.
Leon Michalowski, Sr., 85, of Reading, passed away June 14, 2013 at 10:16 p.m. in Reading Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife Florence M. (Kosnik) Michalowski to whom he married on April 15, 1950 and celebrated their 63 years of marriage.
Born in Reading he was the son of the late Adam and Bertha (Kovalewski) Michalowski. He was a devote Catholic and member of St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church where he served as an usher. He enjoyed traveling, especially taking cruises with family and friends. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and was employed by Cambridge Lee(formerly Reading Tube) as a crane operator for 42 years and was employed on a part time basis by Calico Corners in the maintenance department for 20 years. Mr. Michalowski was a loving father to Barbara A. Stehman wife of Ricky d. Stehman of Leesport, Stephan L. Michalowski husband of Deborah Michalowski of Douglassville, Leon Michalowski, Jr. husband of Cindy L. Michalowski of Sinking Spring and Gary Michalowski husband of Lisa Michalowski of Temple. He was a loving Pop Pop to Jessica L. McAllister wife of Mark McAllister, Daniel A. Hetrich, Toby C. Michalowski, Amber L. Michalowski, and Samantha E. Scholar.
He is also survived by his sister Helen Nowartarski widow of John Nowartarski of Cumru Township. Mr. Michalowski was preceded in death by his siblings Adam, John, James, Victor, Edward, Frank, Raymond and Mary.

The family received friends at the funeral home Friday, June 21, 2013 from 9-10:15 a.m.
Funeral procession departed from Bean Funeral Home, 129 East Lancaster Ave. Shillington, Friday, June 21, 2013 at 10:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated in St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church 501 Summit Ave., Reading, PA 19611 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Richard H. Clement as celebrant.
Interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
