Arrest for Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana

June 14:After completing their investigation, Police arrested Alexis Young, 19 of West Lawn, for Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 500 block of Briar Circle South.

June 16:After completing their investigation, Police arrested Alicia Carr, 28 of Kutztown, for Simple Assault, Harassment/Physical Contact and Disorderly Conduct following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 100 block of Noble St.

Police are investigating the report of Graffiti Vandalism to an air conditioning unit located at the Kutztown Borough Train Station building, 110 Railroad St.

June 17: After completing their investigation, Police arrested a Juvenile for Violation of the Borough Vehicle Noise Ordinance following an incident that occurred in the 300 block of Highland Ave.

After completing their investigation, Police arrested Ryan Bamert, 21 of Breinigsville, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance, Violation of the Borough Peace and Good Order Ordinance and Public Drunkenness following an incident that occurred at Turkey Hill Minit Market, 50 W. Main St.

DUI Arrest

June 17: After completing their investigation, Police arrested Loren Wilson, 27 of Fleetwood, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled/Counterfeit Substance, Operating a Vehicle without Financial Responsibility and Careless Driving following an incident that occurred in the 400 block of Normal Ave.

June 17:Police investigated the report of Theft after an item was reported missing from Carl R. Bieber Tourways, Inc., 320 Fair St.

Bad Checks and Theft by Deception

June 20: After completing their investigation, Police arrested Roslyn Fenerty, 41 of Topton, for Bad Checks and Theft by Deception following an incident that occurred at Moyer Plumbing and Heating, 105 E. Main St.

June 20:Police investigated the report of Theft after an item was reported missing from a residence in the 400 block of W. Walnut St.

June 21:Police are investigating the report of Graffiti Vandalism to a stop sign located at the intersection of Railroad and Peach Streets.

June 22: Police investigated the report of Theft from Vehicle after it was reported that the window of a vehicle was smashed and an item was missing while the vehicle was parked at a residence in the 00 block of E. Main St.

Police are investigating the report of Graffiti Vandalism to a building at the Kutztown Borough Swimming Pool, 171 Industrial Ave.

June 23: Police investigated the report of Theft after an item was reported missing from a residence in the 200 block of E. Walnut St.

June 24:Police are investigating the report of Fraud following an incident that occurred at Spuds, LLC, 226 W. Main St.

June 25: Police investigated the report of a Burglary after items were reported missing from a residence in the 200 block of Highland Ave.

June 26:Police are investigating the report of Graffiti Vandalism to an exterior wall of a building located in the 00 block of Greenwich St.
