“I am honored to be able to announce that our annual 5K event was a great success,” said Stacy Glackin, Boyertown Junior Woman’s Club president. “We are pleased to be able to make a contribution to these various organizations that make such a difference in our local communities. Boyertown Junior Woman’s Club has a global reach as a member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, one of the world’s largest and oldest women’s volunteer service organizations. Our members felt it also important to make a contribution this year to Boston Strong in light of the recent tragedy at the Boston Marathon.”
