Exeter Bible Church, 926 Philadelphia Terrace, Birdsboro, held their Kingdom Chronicles Vacation Bible School from June 24 to 28. This year they added a special middle school program for grades 6 through 8, and saw a total of 153 kids throughout the week for all ages (4 years old through 8th grade). The focus of the VBS from Answers in Genesis was on the Armor of God found in chapter 6 of the book of Ephesians.

Each night started out in the Great Hall with singing and an exciting drama complete with knights, dragons, and an evil queen. Kids rotated through five activities: Learn-a-Lot-Chambers, where God’s Word is taught in a hands-on way, The Craft Courtyard, where kids made theme-related crafts, The Cook’s Kitchen, where kids feasted on yummy treats, Sir Gavin’s Games, complete with a castle moonbounce and an inflatable jousting ring on the last night, and Troupe Time, where kids spent time learning the day’s Victory Verse.

Exeter Bible Church has several other children’s ministries apart from Vacation Bible School. On Wednesday nights from September through May, they have classes for boys and girls ages 4 and older starting at 7p.m. On Sundays, we offer Sunday school classes for the whole family at 9:00 a.m., and classes for ages 2 through 6th grade during the 10:15 a.m. Worship Service.
