They’re baaaaaaack – The RMC Bash will be in full swing this weekend bringing you no less than 10 local bands! One price gets ‘em all! Another multiple day event is the Jammin for the Animals V over at the Kempton Music Center this event benefits the Berks County Humane Society. The show that has me most intrigued, though, is coming to Hershey Park Stadium. The Journey, Rascal Flatts, The Band Perry show is a most interesting talent mash up crossing genres and generations. Speaking of multiple day events Musikfest is again smashing into Bethlehem like a run away train. Looking forward to Frampton, Styx, Foreigner and George Thorogood among others at the Steel Stacks and WTIM friends Hillbilly Shakespeare will be making a return appearance to the Main St. Stage on Monday Aug. 5. This week WTIM welcomes a new venue, Cigars International in Hamburg is featuring live local music. This week our friends Jim Meck & The Guide Dogs will take the stage there. Thanks to Cigars International for supporting local music!

Do you want to see your band or venue listed here at WTIM send an email to tdietterick@21st-centurymedia.com with the particulars (at least 2 weeks in advance) and we’ll get it out there.
