Edward Clark Hill, 54, of Mohrsville, was caught and was custody on Aug. 30 at the time of print.
Hill got into a physical altercation with Edward Welty, who is the care taker of Happy Valley Trailer Park, West Brunswick Twp. in Schuylkill County at the trailer park on Aug. 29 at 6:36 p.m.
PSP Schuylkill Haven was dispatched to the trailer park. The trooper was talking to Welty when he saw a male walking on the railroad tracks. The trooper asked Welty if that was the guy. Welty confirmed that it was.
The trooper yelled to Hill. Hill then ran along the tracks away from the trooper where he grabbed a long rifle that was lying along the tracks with a bag. Hill turned and pointed the rifle at the trooper. The trooper then discharged his weapon at Hill.
Hill was last seen walking on the tracks in the direction of New Ringgold. Hill was last seen wearing camouflage pants and no shirt. On Aug. 29. He was considered armed and dangerous.
There was a warrant for Hill charging him with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and related offenses.
