John Bettenhausen, 61, of Oley, passed away September 1, 2013 in Kindred Care of Wyomissing. He was the husband of Lillian (Copeland) Bettenhausen. Born in Newburgh, New York, he was a son of the late John Sr. and Ruth Ann (Harter) Bettenhausen.
John attended New Life Bible Fellowship Church-Oley. He was a graduate of Pottstown High School and was employed at Doehler-Jarvis Industries for 29 years. In addition to his wife, John is survived by: Three Children: Jeffrey, Matthew and Lisa Bettenhausen. Also surviving are Five Grandchildren.
John will be missed everyday but his spirit is with the Lord.
Memorial Services will be held in New Life Bible Fellowship Church 2960 W. Philadelphia Ave. Oley, Pa. 19547 on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Interment private at the convenience of the family.

Deacon Raymond ďMacĒLuther McMillan, 73, of Douglassville, passed away on August 30, 2013.
He was the husband of Rose P. McMillan; father of Kevin J. (Nicole), Raymond L. (Renee), and Ronnie B. (Clevette) all of Exeter, Pa. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the New First Baptist Church of Birdsboro, 200 N. Mill St. Birdsboro, Pa. 19508.
A viewing was held Saturday, September 7 from 9 to 10 a.m. at the church. All viewing will be prior to the service.
Interment at the Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick, Pa.

Daniel G. Miner, 58, of Douglassville, died Friday August 30, 2013 at his residence. He was the companion of Cary Parker for the past thirty-five years.
Born in Norristown, he was the son of Marie B. (Delaney) Miner with whom he resided, and the late Gerald M. Miner.
Daniel was a Certified Nursing Assistant. He had last worked for the Montgomery County Emergency Services for five years. Prior to this he had worked at the former Pennhurst State School and the Devereux Foundation.
Dan had attended Kutztown University in Kutztown. He was an avid piano, organ and guitar player and he loved to sing.
Surviving with his companion and mother is a sister, Joanne B. wife of Heath Marisseau of Oley and a niece Jennifer Wismer companion of Danielle Serfontein of Stowe and his favorite pet Lulu and many friends.
A memorial funeral mass was celebrated in St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother R.C.C. , 127 East Howard Street, Stowe, Pa. on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Gregory J. Hickey, Pastor officiating.
The family received friends on Thursday, Sept. 5 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, Pa.
There will be no viewing.

Marie P. (Prinzinger) Kappenstein, 90, of Exeter Twp. formerly of Old Philadelphia Pike, Douglassville, widow of Gerald H. Kappenstein, died Sunday at Berkshire Center.
Born in Pottstown, she was a daughter of the late George and Mary (Yanos) Prinzinger.
Marie was a graduate of Amityville High School.
She was employed by the former Stanley G. Flagg Co. as an inspector retiring in the 1980ís. She was a member of Saint Paulís Lutheran Church, Douglassville. Surviving are two sons, G. Alan Kappenstein, Sinking Spring; Edward R. Kappenstein, Mohnton; two brothers, John Prinzinger, Amityville; Russell Prinzinger, Texas; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services and viewing will be private at the convenience of the family.
Officiating will be Reverend Gregory Frey.
Burial will be in Saint Paulís Cemetery, Amityville. Contributions may be made in her memory to Saint Paulís Lutheran Church, 548 Old Swede Road, Douglassville, Pa. 19518. Kevin David Endy, 49, died of natural causes in the Pottstown Medical Center on August 27, 2013.
Born in West Reading, PA on April 19, 1964, he was a son of Elaine May (Hoffman) Endy of Amity Township and the late Robert David Endy.
He was a 1982 graduate of Daniel Boone High School.
Kevin was employed a number of years as a supervisor with Global Advanced Metals USA, formerly Cabot Corporation, Boyertown. He served as the Fire Chief for a number of years with the Amity Fire Company.
Kevin enjoyed hunting but his passion was golfing. He is also survived by a sister, Debbie L. (Endy), wife of Barry W. Angstadt of Oley Township and two nieces: Lauren E. Angstadt, fiance of Nathan A. Christman of Ruscombmanor Township and Megan L. Angstadt of Richmond, Virginia.
Services were held Tuesday, September 3at 11 a.m. in Kuhn-Stitzel Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 423 Main Street, Oley. A viewing was held Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of services. Burial will be in St. Paulís Cemetery, Amityville.
