Rotary news: Roto Plast project

Roger Whitcomb from The Emmaus Rotary Club presented a program on the Roto Plast project that Rotary has been a part of for several years. Roger told the club that a permanent site in Columbia South America to care for patients that have cleft pallet will be started with a grant from  Rotary International and is seeking matching funds from district 7430 to fund the project.
