All One By One cats have to be kept indoors and may NOT be declawed. One By One cats are properly tested, wormed, inoculated, flea treated and neutered. A no-kill cat rescue we place the health, happiness and well-being above all else, and our ultimate goal is to find the best match for the cat and adopting family through screening and discussion. One By One is funded by public donations. Volunteers neededto work two hour shifts with the cats at One By One Shelter in Kutztown.
