Oct. 11:After completing their investigation, Police arrested Gregory Tate, 22 of Carlisle, for Criminal Mischief/Tampering with Property following an incident that occurred at Sacony Commons, 45 E. Normal Ave.

Police arrested Bryan Kirk, 19 of Media, for Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of W. Main St.

Police arrested Shannon Szura, 19 of Manalapan, N.J. for Minor Presenting False Identification for Liquor following an incident that occurred at Shorty’s Bar, 272 W. Main St.

Oct. 12:Police arrested Timothy Parent, 21 of Paoli, for Violation of the Borough Noise Ordinance following an incident that occurred at 11 E. Main St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.

Police arrested Dillon Fix, 19 of York, for Violation of the Borough Peace and Good Order Ordinance following an incident that occurred in the 00 block of E. Main St.

Police arrested Kerry Holder, 28 of Kutztown, for Public Drunkenness following an incident that occurred in the 300 block of E. Main St.

Oct. 13:After completing their investigation, Police arrested Brian Azzara, 20 of Philadelphia, for Simple Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Harassment/Physical Contact, Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness and Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages following an incident that occurred in the 400 block of College Blvd.

Oct. 14: Police investigated the report of Vandalism to a vehicle after it was reported that the hood, roof and passenger side door were damaged while the vehicle was parked at a residence in the 200 block of N. Whiteoak St.

Police investigated the report of Vandalism to a garage after it was reported that the door was damaged following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 100 block of Noble St.

Police arrested Michelle Miller, 20 of South Plainfield, N.J., for False Reports to Law Enforcement Authorities following an incident that occurred at Rite Aide Pharmacy, 23 N. Elm St.

Police arrested Courtney Goodyear, 23 of Walnutport, for Public Drunkenness following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of W. Main St.

Oct. 15: Police investigated the report of Vandalism to a speed limit sign after it was reported to have been broken from the mount in the 400 block of Fairview Dr.

Oct. 16: After completing their investigation, Police arrested Fidan Paloji, 28 of Topton, PA and Muhamet Paloji, 52 of Topton, for Violation of the Borough Collection and Disposal of Waste Ordinance following an incident that occurred at the Borough of Kutztown Yard Waste Dumpsters, 45 Railroad St.

After completing their investigation, Police arrested a Juvenile for Disorderly Conduct following an incident that occurred at the Kutztown Area High School, 50 Trexler Ave.

After completing their investigation, Police arrested Douglas Nagle, 51 of Branchburg, N.J., for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance following an incident that occurred on Constitution Blvd.

Oct. 17:Police investigated the report of Graffiti Vandalism to a sign at Reading Oral Surgery, 426 W. Main St.
