Gregory S. Herb, President of Herb Real Estate Inc. is proud to announce that Kurt L. Davidheiser has successfully passed his Brokerís exam. In order to sit for the brokerís exam, a licensee must complete a three year apprenticeship as well as rigorous course work. Herb Real Estate is proud of Kurtís continued commitment to education, the real estate industry and to the clients he serves.

Kurt has been selling real estate for Herb Real Estate since 2008 and has obtained his real estate license after a very successful and prosperous 13 year career with a large, private corporation. He began his business career after graduating from Bloomsburg University. Kurt was able to climb the corporate ladder quickly by utilizing a tremendous work ethic, development of strong sales and marketing skills as well as a focus on the most important aspect of any successful business, the customer. Along with managing multiple store locations, marketing, and managing 40+ employees, he developed his passion and desire for the real estate business. He was responsible for the real estate development of several new store locations in the Pocono Mountain, Lehigh Valley and Tri-county areas.

A graduate of Boyertown High School and a BS degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University, Kurt also holds the distinguished ABR, CRS and e-Pro designations.

Kurt has been involved with the sport of wrestling since the age of 7. He wrestled for Boyertown, The Hill School and Bloomsburg University. He is an active board member as well as President of the Boyertown Area Wrestling Association and currently coaches on the staff of the Boyertown youth wrestling program. Giving back to a sport and community that supported him for many years played a large role in his new career decision. He is currently active in many charitable organizations and fully believes in the importance of giving back to help others deal with the challenges that life lay before them.

He currently resides in Barto with his beautiful wife, Janine, and two sons, Kade and Kole.
