The Arts House, home of the Vagabond Acting Troupe, will be host to Total Wellness: Body, Mind and Spirit Fair on Nov. 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Local practitioners dealing with keeping our bodies fit, happy and entertained will be on hand to discuss what they have to offer.

Purchase soaps and scents to make your life more relaxing, chat with massage and accupuncture therapists or participate in some fun fitness activities.

There will also be presentations on keeping relaxed during the holidays, accessing inner spirit to help with making critical choices, keeping fit over the holidays and even fair games for the kids and raffle prizes for more services from local vendors. A fashion show for comfortable sleep wear will also be presented during the event. A schedule is located at the Vagabond Acting Troupe’s website at www.vagabondactingtroupe.org.

On Sunday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m., the spirited fun continues with a one-time performance of Eric Singel’s one man show, and 2013 Fringe Festival hit, ‘Starzina Starfish Brown’s Looking For Uranus.’ The farcical look at astrology through the eyes of an irreverent practitioner is geared towards adults and a fun way to shed some stress with a lot of laughs before the traditional stress of the holidays begins.

For more information, visit Vagabond Acting Troupe’s website at www.vagabondactingtroupe.org, or visit the company’s Facebook group. Tickets are half the price on the Vagabond stage as they were on the Philadelphia Fringe Festival as part of the troupe’s initiative to offer inexpensive events that promote new audiences for theatrical arts. Tickets are available at brownpapertickets.com, and the link can be reached through both the website and the Facebook page.

The fair and one-time-only performance take place at The Arts House, home of the Vagabond Acting Troupe, 30 Fairview Road, Honey Brook.
