Visitors along the Berks County Wine Trail will be treated to a completely new event for the holiday season! Taking place from noon to 5 p.m. both Saturday, Dec. 7 and Sunday, Dec. 8, “Wine Sharing and Pairing Holiday Weekend” will be a thoughtful way to share the spirit of the season with local wines and local charities! Enjoy celebrating the holiday season by sharing, what better way to share the holiday spirit than by giving the gift of wine. Each winery will be featuring two beautiful wines for holiday parties and gift giving. $1 per bottle of all sales of these two wines sold at each winery over the event weekend will be donated to that winery’s designated charity. To indulge visitors with even more holiday cheer, each winery will pair a festive, holiday cookie paired with their two featured wines.
Holiday cookies will either be made with wine or cut into a wine-themed shape! Enjoy a different cookie at each winery! Visit the events page of www.berkscountywinetrail.com for a sneak peak of the menu of cookie & wine pairings as well as each winery’s designated charity. Additional wine & cookie pairings to be posted in the wintry days ahead!
This wine trail event tour is “self-guided” so you can create your own holiday adventure so as to enjoy the weekend’s menu of festive shopping & samplings. This event is free; no tickets or reservations required.
