SALT Performing Arts presents Back to Broadway: Heroes, Villains and Dreamers, February 10 at 7:00 PM featuring Broadway veteran Bart Shatto (Les Mis, War Paint, Cats).

Join veteran Broadway actor/singer (Les Miserables, War Paint, Cats) and vocalist for Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Bart Shatto for a madcap and emotional musical journey down Broadway lane as this versatile actor/singer transforms into dozens of memorable characters from Broadway’s greatest musicals. From Broadway heroes such as the iconic Jean Valjean (Les Miserables) to delicious villains Dr. Edward Hyde (Jekyll and Hyde) and classic dreamers like Don Quixote (Man of La Mancha) experience what the New York Times says: “The actor is so skillful.” Highlights include “Bring Him Home”, “Music of the Night”, “Impossible Dream” and many more.

Back To Broadway: Heroes, Villains and Dreamers has wowed audiences all around the country garnering standing ovations and praise from Broadway World saying “Bart Shatto is a star. He seems to have the unique ability to straddle the line between leading man and character actor.” With powerful vocals and a soaring tenor voice that can reach the back of the house, this incredible vocalist sings some the biggest blockbuster songs in Broadway history all in one show! Undeniably, this is a show for Broadway lovers and enthusiasts.

Accompanied by the extraordinary Brigitte Rottman (Bart’s resident musical director) and special guests from the SALT community will join forces with Bart for an evening of not only great Broadway belting and memorable characters but plenty of comedy, spoofs and parodies. An unforgettable and unpredictable evening is in store for everyone.
