STRESS AND ANXIETY MANAGEMENT SEMINAR
Beginning Tuesday, October 13, Family Services will offer a free, six-week Anxiety and Stress Management Group. The group is designed for those having difficulty coping and managing their anxiety and stress. The group size is limited to six to eight individuals.
