STRESS AND ANXIETY MANAGEMENT SEMINAR

Beginning Tuesday, October 13, Family Services will offer a free, six-week Anxiety and Stress Management Group. The group is designed for those having difficulty coping and managing their anxiety and stress.  The group size is limited to six to eight individuals.  The group will meet for six consecutive Tuesday evenings, from 6:30–8 p.m., at Family Services’ Pottstown Office, 1976 East High Street, Pottstown.  There is no charge for this group.  For more information or to register, contact group facilitator Sarah Lebo at 610-326-1610 ext. 499.

JAMMIN' IN B-TOWN  IS BACK!

The first jammin’ of the season  will be held  on Sunday, October 18, at the Keystone Fire Company, Walnut and  Spring Streets, Boyertown from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Crafters looking for an opportunity to showcase and sell their products in time for the Christmas holiday are invited to participate in the Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish Community-Wide Christmas Bazaar.  The bazaar will take place Friday, November 27 and Saturday, November 28 and will feature craft tables, photos with Santa, a Santa’s Secret Workshop, raffles, and food.
