Clay on Main in Oley presents an exhibition of recent works by Kutztown artist Marilyn Fox.
Marilyn is a visual artist and has won numerous awards for her work. Her primary motive in painting is creating art that is beautiful and colorful. Whether it is landscape, still life, abstract, or something else, color and form are the essentials that she explores.
Fox has been the director of the Freyberger Gallery, Penn State Berks, since 1998. Previously, she was a freelance writer on the arts and wrote features on the arts for several magazines. She has served on many arts committees and boards, including the fine arts board, Reading, selecting public art, the exhibition committee of the Goggleworks Center for the Arts Reading, and other local organizations.
The exhibition runs from April 6 to May 18. The opening reception is Sunday April 6 from 4 to 6 p.m.
