This Saturday evening, July 5, from 7 to 9 p.m., the Kutztown Park Bandshell will host a local favorite, and well known group, The Wallace Brothers Band.

They will be performing on stage at the Kutztown Park Bandshell as part of this year’s Borough of Kutztown’s ‘2014 Concert Series in the Park’.

The Wallace Brothers originated in the Kutztown area and has since expanded into the Philadelphia and eastern PA markets, has a great following and is well known for several years as they have performed at many functions and venues throughout the Berks County area and Eastern Pennsylvania. The band will entertain the audience with their instrumental abilities and blend of harmonies on the vocals. They perform a mixture in their repertoire of bluegrass, country-bluegrass, folk, indie-rock, and mood music. They are well known in the area, produce a fantastic sound balanced with great vocals and instrumental sound and are a talented group of musicians. They will be sure to provide an enjoyable concert for all.

The concert is free to the public and is part of the Borough of Kutztown ‘2014 Concert Series in the Park’, and will be held rain or shine in the covered Kutztown Park Bandshell.
