Local kids recently performed in the Boyertown area as part of a summer program.
The June 15 concert was a part of a summer concert series held at Union Jack’s Inn on the Manatawny, 546 Manatawny Rd, Boyertown. They opened for the band, Frog Holler.
The kids, part of the music school Richmond Street Music Lessons, are known as the Richmond Street Rockers when they’re on stage. Their selections include songs from bands such as Areosmith, Lynard Skynard, Nirvana, the Rolling Stones, and newer artists such as Pompeii and Paramore.
The young band will be performing again at Union Jack’s on July 13. They will be opening for the band Tin Bird Choir at 5:30 pm.
