Kutztown artist Marilyn J. Fox presents a collection of new work at the gallery of the Jewish Cultural Center, Wyomissing.
These new oil paintings focusing on the still life and embrace color and narrative in a style reminiscent of artist Pierre Bonnard.
Fox maintains a studio in Kutztown. She is the gallery director and arts coordinator at Penn State Berks, Spring Township, Reading. For over a decade, she was the art reviewer for the Reading Times Newspaper, and other periodicals. Fox has had public venues for the arts, previously in her studio in Reading, and more recently, in Kutztown.
Opening reception was held on Nov. 6. Exhibit runs through Dec. 29, at Jewish Federation of Reading, The Jewish Cultural Center, 1100 Berkshire Blvd. Suite 125, Wyomissing. Daily hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
