Margaret Marsch will perform an organ serenade as part of the Saturday Evening Concert Series at Garden Spot Village on Saturday, Jan. 17, at 7 p.m.

“We are blessed to be able to present such an exceptional musician, and we invite the public the join us for a high-quality performance,” said Colleen Musselman, director of life enrichment at Garden Spot Village.

Margaret Marsch is a well-known organist who has performed across the United States, Canada and Europe. She has appeared at Washington National Cathedral, the White House and The Forum in Harrisburg. She is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, where she studied sacred music and organ, and or Westminster Choir College in Princeton. She is also sanctuary organist at Lancaster Church of the Brethren.

Other upcoming concerts in the Saturday Evening Concert Series at Garden Spot Village include a vocal performance by the Red Rose Chorus on Feb. 21; the Hooley School of Irish Dance on March 21 and the Lancaster Bible College Chamber Singers on April 18.

All concerts begin at 7 p.m. in the chapel at Garden Spot Village, 433 S. Kinzer Ave., New Holland. The concerts are free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted at the door.
