Well, well, well here we are again. I guess the biggest news in local music this week is the impending visit of Sir Elton John to the Santander Arena in Reading! In my opinion this is an indicator of how our area is being favorably viewed by the national music community. Very cool. WTIM friends jamming this time include Double D, Jim Meck, Monkey Bizzness, Chestnut Grove, Hillbilly Shakespeare, The Youngers, Middle Class Madness, Levi Bone and Go Commando. Also, friend Steve Walker will be honing his hosting skills along with the awesome Kim Scheffey (of Vuja De) at an Open Mic at The Greshville Inn. Hopefully next week I’ll be able to tell you I scored EJ tickets …
