Dunkelberger’s Fine Jewelry & Gifts, 281 Main Street in Kutztown, owned and operated by Jane L. Lantz and James R. Springer, have agreed to exhibit two original watercolor paintings by Rod Skidmore.

Rod is a retired New York City advertising art director, a self-taught watercolorist who has painted fly-fishing, hunting, landscapes, the Sports of Polo and Show Jumping for the past 30 years. Rod’s paintings have been published in Trout Unlimited Magazine and several Polo and Show Jumping publications. His first Polo commission was for the president of Rolex Watch U.S.A. Rod was also the artistic director of the Leonardo Da Vinci Horse project which was a gift (24 ft. bronze sculpture) to the Italian people.

Visit Dunkelberger’s Fine Jewelry & Gifts, Monday through Saturday to view Rod’s paintings and the selections of fine jewelry, custom jewelry and gifts. The paintings will be on exhibit through April 15.
