45th Annual Belsnickel Craft Show moves to Boyertown Junior High West

The 45th Annual Belsnickel Craft Show will be changing venues. This year the Belsnickel Craft Show will be held at Boyertown Junior High West.

Presenting Pennsylvania state guild members as well as local regional juried artisans, the Belsnickel Craft Show will be held on Friday, Nov. 27, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday, Nov. 28, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

All crafts for sale are hand made by artisans in the show and are not commercially manufactured or imported.

Among the traditional crafts on display will be woodworking and wood carving, basket and leather making, iron working, pottery, tin, papier mache folk art, dolls, women’s and children’s clothing, silver and gold jewelry, quilts and quilted items, dried flower, tole painting, weaving, scherenschnitte (paper cutting), clay sculpture, fraktur, Santas, stained glass, punch-tin art, wooden toys, and Christmas items.

The show moves to Boyertown Junior High West located at 380 S. Madison St, Boyertown, PA 19512. Proceeds from the show fund the Boyertown Area Historical Society’s programs, maintenance of our historic building and museum, research and genealogical library collections and educational programs. The library is open Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning and afternoon.

Directions: Heading South on Route 100, take the PA 73 Gilbertsville/Boyertown exit. Turn Right on PA 73/ E. Philadelphia Ave. Travel 0.2 miles, turn left onto Madison Street. Approximately 3 blocks down the Jr. High will be on the left across from the Boyertown Community Park.

Heading North on Route 100, Take the Pa 73 Gilbertsville/Boyertown exit. Turn left onto PA 73/ E. Philadelphia Ave. Travel 0.2 miles, turn left onto Madison Street. Approximately 3 blocks down the Jr. High will be on the left across from the Boyertown Community Park.

Free bus transportation will be provided from major parking locations to the show location. Refreshments will be available. Admission is $5.00; children under 12 years of age are admitted free, if accompanied by an adult. Location is handicapped accessible.
