Garden Spot Village will host the Servant Stage Youth Theatre production “Godspell, Jr.” on Tuesday, June 28 at 2 p.m. in the Garden Spot Village Chapel at 433 S. Kinzer Avenue in New Holland.
In collaboration with Lancaster Bible College’s Summer Music Theatre Camp, Servant Stage will bring the hit Broadway musical based on the gospels and parables to life with the next generation of performers, aged 10 to 18.
Servant Stage Company, a performance company specializing in family-friendly shows, started unofficially in 2011 as a group of friends who donated their time putting on shows for retirement communities around Lancaster County. In 2013, the group became official and expanded, taking their vibrant productions to many local establishments and community events.
The shows are free and open to the public.
Donations will be accepted at the door and will benefit the Servant Stage Company Youth Theatre program.
