Clay on Main will exhibit works by Jeffrey Stumhofer, a painter whose work, while representational, also embraces a playful abstraction. For this exhibit, opening on Sunday, Jan. 14, he is focusing on providing a window into his artistic process, showcasing the techniques and styles he has developed over the years.
Clay on Main is always pleased to support local artists. Stumhofer graduated from Wilson High School in 1994, then attended Tyler School of Art at Temple University. He worked and learned under Robert Pepper Fine Art studio, creating installations and environments, then branched out into murals, and continues his exploration of media by working on visual design for television shows.
The public is invited to the opening on Sunday, January 14, from 1-4 p.m. and the show will run until February 11.
