Tompkins VIST Bank announces staff changes

WYOMISSING — Tompkins VIST Bank has announced that Jennifer Woodland has been promoted to manager of its Breezy Corners branch office in Fleetwood. She had served as assistant branch manager. In her new position, Woodland is responsible for maintaining service quality and developing relationships with consumers and businesses. She reports to Tina McDonald, executive vice president and chief retail banking officer.

Woodland has nine years of experience in the financial services industry. She previously was a branch manager at Berkshire Bank.

Woodland, of Temple, has a B.S. from Alvernia University. Active in the community, she is vice president of the Oley Valley Business Association and is treasurer of the Oley Valley Community Library. In addition, she has been a volunteer with the American Bankers Association’s “Teach Children to Save” annual initiative; the Oley Fair; the Oley Peach Festival and Business Expo; and the John Paul II Center for Special Learning fundraising gala.

Tompkins VIST Bank also announced that Laurie A. Kercher has joined the company as vice president and relationship manager, commercial lending. In her position, Kercher serves the financial needs of small businesses, providing flexible loan solutions to fit her customers’ specific situations. She reports to Anthony Sabolis, vice president, community commercial lending manager.

Kercher has 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. She previously was a vice president at Victory Bank.

Kercher, of Reading, has a B.S. from Elizabethtown College and is studying for an MBA degree at Alvernia University. She is a 2008 graduate of the Leadership Berks program.

Active in the community, Kercher is on the board of Opportunity House and is a member of the West Reading-Wyomissing Rotary, Altrusa International of Reading and Prospectus Berco.

Haller Enterprises announces promotions

LITITZ — Haller Enterprises has announced the promotion of two employees at its Lititz and Exton locations. Promoted were Leslie Cloonan at Haller’s Lititz branch and Ted Schnettler at the Haller Exton location.

Cloonan was promoted to service office manager. She has been with Haller for sixteen years serving in various capacities; including project coordination, service, retro change out and, most recently, branch manager at the Exton location. She and her husband live in Honey Brook, Chester County with their three children.

Schnettler has been promoted to branch manager at Haller’s Exton location. Schnettler brings more than 10 years of HVAC experience in installation, service and management to the position. Prior to joining Haller, Schnettler served as install manager at Cocalico Plumbing and Heating in Lancaster.

Serving Central Pennsylvania since 1981, and Chester County since 2013, Haller Enterprises provides heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, water conditioning and home automation services for residential and commercial customers.
