Rich Zuber’s approach in celebrating the 25th anniversary of Richard A. Zuber Realty reflects the advice Joseph Parry offered above almost 150 years ago. Zuber is eager to honor the practices that have brought the organization great success over the years and highlight the technological enhancements the company is instituting toward providing even greater marketing tools and services to its clients, customers, and businesses.

To celebrate the anniversary, each office is planning a “kick off” reception at each of Zuber Realty’s five locations for clients, customers, businesses, and friends. Light refreshments will be served at each location.

In addition, throughout the anniversary year, each office is planning events to continue the celebration and reinforce the organization’s commitment to personal service alongside its commitment to growth and the progressive employment of state-of-the-art marketing tools. Visit www.zuberrealty.com or ZuberRealty on Facebook for plans and details.

Committed to continued growth in serving the region spanning 6 counties, Zuber Realty remains the largest locally-owned and operated real estate organization in the area. Looking to the future, Zuber Realty’s expanded regional service includes Berks, Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, Lehigh, and Lancaster counties.

Expansion includes not just geographical changes but also upgrades to meet the transformation in communications and information gathering offered electronically. Presently, Zuber Realty is working on securing input from clients about their needs and preferences and excited about enhancing their internet presence—updating www.zuberrealty.com, and utilizing social media venues like Facebook and youtube to a greater degree in developing their regional presence.

“We want folks to know that we offer every marketing tool and technological advantage our corporate competitors offer…and more,” Zuber said. “Even as we grow and find the benefits of technology very exciting, we realize that the personal service we provide is our trademark and what really matters to our clients,” he added. “Some things never change. Our motto, ‘We Work for You’ is as true and valued today as ever.”

Zuber emphasized that professional, one-on-one service to clients through individual contact, a visit, or phone call remains the common thread for success. “For example, when you call Zuber Realty, you are connected to one of our 60 agents or staff members representing over 700 years of experience,” Zuber explained.

Zuber Realty agents are dedicated to community service. The company’s management style offers training, professional development and support for all agents, the flexibility offered through a trained and experienced office support staff, and opportunities to utilize assorted creative marketing services.

More than just a real estate company, the Zuber Realty organization includes not only real estate specialties including seller and buyer brokerage for both residential and commercial real estate but also ancillary services: title insurance through Manatawny Land Transfer, appraisal services through TriCounty+ Appraisal, a full range of insurance services through Zuber Insurance, a Property Management division, and expertise regarding commercial properties through Zuber Commercial.

Zuber opened Richard A. Zuber Realty in 1989 with offices first in Pottstown/Limerick and, a month later, in Boyertown. In 1998 he opened a branch in Morgantown; in 1993 the Spring Ford office opened; and in 2000 the Red Hill branch was added.

Zuber began his real estate career in 1973, and by 1976 he had obtained his real estate broker’s license and became a partner in Rehrer and Zuber Realty, which existed for 13 years. Through education, research and years of valuable experience, Zuber developed and expanded his company now serving the region spanning 6 counties.
